Healing From the Missing Father

This workshop is a tender, intentional space to finally turn toward that ache, grieve what was missing, and begin the journey back to yourself.

For Those:

  • Who grew up with a father who was physically absent — through separation, abandonment, estrangement, or loss.

  • Whose father was present in body but emotionally unavailable, and who carry the invisible grief of that distance.

  • Who notices the ripple effects of fatherlessness in their relationships, self-worth, or sense of identity.

Mother's Day and Grief

Identify the many different ways grief can show up around Mother's Day, and find a new language for experiences that are hard to name. Learn practical, compassionate coping strategies you can use right away.

For Those:

  • Grieving the death of your mother, whether recently or years ago

  • Hurting from infertility, pregnancy loss, or the ache of unfulfilled hopes for motherhood

  • Experiencing a complicated, absent, or broken relationship with your mother
